2018-03-30 20:31:24 +0000 UTCI mostly agree. Winter Soldier was essential because it is still informing us about the fall of SHIELD. The carrier scene that results in "Real SHIELD" is another thing that is enhanced by knowing what happened in Winter Soldier. Without spoilers, I hope. Ultron is tied in a couple ways. First, on the basis of the clip I shared above. Which shouldn't be an issue because she "could" have watched that scene already. And second, with the events at the climax of the movie and our old friends.

2018-03-30 14:55:16 +0000 UTCI was wondering about that. "Age of Ultron" isn't that tightly tied to the show as was "Winter Soldier". They talk about it a bit but I'm not sure it's essential viewing. (I realize I'm probably alone on thinking this.)

2018-03-30 13:17:29 +0000 UTCI think it's the same with Gordon - the power to teleport doesn't require that he lose his eyes. On the other hand, in the comics (yeah, we keep saying that) the explanation was that the Inhumans were actually being transformed into the existing aliens who had that particular power. So, for example, there might be a planet of clairvoyants who all have those spines. The idea was not only to turn them into soldiers but to make them into spies as well.

2018-03-30 13:14:20 +0000 UTCJuli, Several things.. First, this was one of the after credit scenes from Winter Soldier. I don't know if you watched that scene. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2URrPsj3-xo . That is the same Dr. List that we see here. This is an important scene to have in your mind for upcoming events. In case you don't recognize it, that's the staff that Coulson was stabbed with in the Avengers movie. If you don't choose to watch Age of Ultron, there is a scene for you to see that we can post after the right episode that will explain a lot.

2018-03-30 08:48:17 +0000 UTCI remember someone asking, when Raina first changed, why she had to look like that if her power was clairvoyance. 1. The Kree were not concerned with what the humans would look like after they transformed into weapons and 2. I said that perhaps in order for that power to manifest, the genes had to be rearranged in a certain sequence and in that sequence, the person comes out looking like that.

2018-03-30 05:41:22 +0000 UTCHeh, I said this about reactors watching the most recent episode where I said I don't know any other show where people watch and at the end they say, "WHAT IS HAPPENING?!? I LOVE THIS!"

2018-03-30 05:30:35 +0000 UTCThis is a bit of a filler episode, but it gets all of the plot elements from A to B, which I suppose is the idea. (we have a lot of moving parts in this season) There are some good bits, though. Fitz and Simmons (of course), Cal and Daisy, plus Deathlok.
