The movie "Age of Ultron" happens right after this episode, so if you want to watch it, now is when you do it. Some of the things setup in this episode are continued and explained in the movie, which they may not get back to (like the scepter, The Avengers, the twins, etc.) on the show. But, the show continues with all the other storylines on its own (Skye, Jaiyang, Raina, etc).
