Maybe when Eve says V has style, she means that she gets away with all the killings clean, which can't be easy to do and no one else is thinking about them all as being by one person. She did say that she had no signature, so maybe that's what you're looking for when she said "style." I'm thinking she just meant that she gets away clean with no leads.
