Great raection, although I don't necessarily agree with you when it comes to Lincoln and Daisy not having enough backstory. He isn't my favourite character, but I feel like they have been clear about the charcaters connection to Daisy since we first met him. I don't think you can compare him and Daisy, with Philinda or fitzsimmons because they are all characters that have been with us every episode since season 1.

2018-06-02 08:21:48 +0000 UTCI think the look between Coulson and Fitz was that both of them killed somebody on the mission. That, plus Fitz effectively killed the man Simmons loved (even though his body had been dead for some time).

2018-06-02 02:41:27 +0000 UTCYes, this was the mid-season finale and that look between Fitz and Coulson was that Coulson just killed Ward, in cold blood. Not for self-defense nor justice, but for revenge and Fitz witnessed it. I don't think Fitz necessarily judges him, but as their leader, I think Fitz probably thought Coulson was above such a base reason and it goes against what Coulson instills in them. I get why he did it and I'd guess Fitz gets it also, but it's not up to the ideals Phil holds himself up to.
