Juli you are correct, that was dragaonglass that the Children put into that man to make him into the first Night King. I have no idea if the one we see now, is supposed to be that same guy or not. From what I hear, there have been multiple Night Kings since that first one in the books.

She definitely thinks before she acts, which makes her more causious than before. She doesn't know where she has LF at this point, All she know is that, whatever happens to LF, she's the one in control (meaning whether he's on their side or not) and since she knows him better than anyone, she's the right person to have that control. Now, IF she were to tell Jon about LF, Jon would probably be the one to decide what they would do with him and the vale....Sansa would act as an advisor, but Jon would probably have the final say. I don't think Sansa would want to give that power away (which makes sense because Jon doesn't know LF)...idk, that's my take on it :)

I always saw it as yes Sansa is angry with LF for what he did to her by leaving her with Ramsey but at the same time, LF taught her the game, he taught her how to survive and I think a part of her still cares for him, in my opinion that’s why she didn’t tell Jon that LF gave her the information, because there is still a small part of her that he still controls
