2019-04-14 00:29:02 +0000 UTCI think Juli acknowledges that Felicity is not gonna wait around for Oliver, she’s just frustrated with Oliver’s reaction to it. It’s fascinating though how much Oliver has grown over the years (as we’re now 4 seasons ahead of Juli haha).

Also, I don’t think that Felicity’s relationship with Ray is pointless, while I don’t like it and obviously wish her with Oliver, it shows to Oliver and the audience that Felicity’s not just going to wait around for him, Felicity had to see Oliver be with so many women for two years, and she was just waiting for him to finally see HER but instead he chooses being alone over being with her, this goes with Oliver’s clear identity issues and shows that he can let himself be happy and that he can be the arrow while also have love and a life which is something that he struggles with throughout the series..also sorry this is so long shfhsj
