People say things but then they move on to their own shit. They are not thinking about us as much as we fear they are. So, it's important to change the little voice in our head. Make it say, "I am enough" or "I fucked up, but that's okay." Once you stop denying your emotions (good or bad), you start being okay with them. If you feel embarrassed about working out because of what everyone told you before, be embarrassed. Own it. Tell yourself, "look, I'm embarrassed and that's okay. I'm still going to work out so that I can live a happy, fulfilling life." Eventually, your fears become less and less powerful because you end up being the one in control. I hope you start seeing the beauty in yourself that everyone else sees in you. Your reactions light up my days so much. You are so amazing!
