She has a lot of requested episodes, which she has to be done reacting to this month, so if she finishes that before the month is over, then she might react to other shows too, but I doubt it. :)

So many requests that bleed into the next month then you get new requests for that month also. Iβve seen it happen with aftershow reacts. You could also get more editors

I know it's long way to go, many seasons to catch up but it worth your time (I hope) and you can have a regular show for a long time ... Just saying ... Because beside the Originals, Arrow or maybe Teen wolf you don't have a long regular show to react for the months and even the year to come...
