that is probably the biggest misconception about Jessica. She is no hypocrite. You can say she’s not perfect and made mistakes, but throwing Hardman out wasn’t. She didn’t call the cops on his embezzlement bc his wife was dying and he begged her not to. She just demanded he left the firm, which is fair considering he stole from all of them. And she didn’t tell gis wife bc she was dying. Would you really tell your cancer-ridden friend btw your husband is a cheater and a thief? Mike on the ither hand never stole anything and he didn’t betray the firm, he just misrepresented himself. same goes for Harvey. Jessica lives for her firm. So she has people’s back when they’re doing something not entirely correct for the sake of the firm. But she kicks people out who do something illegal that also harms the firm.
