Will take more than just 1 season for this romantic relationship to develop. That's one of the things I like about Olicity, it was not all of a sudden, even because he still had feelings for Laurel in the first season, he was still holding on to the person he was in the past, the person who loved Laurel. And as you've already noticed, this second season is precisely Oliver finding out who he is after everything that happened and what kind of person he wants to be in the future, not just Felicity, but Dig also plays a big part in it.
