2018-08-28 18:46:35 +0000 UTCHi Juli! I just wanted to mention that this doesn't seem to be working anymore (at least for me). I tried watching it but it just shows a blank blue screen. It could be a problem on my end but I'm not having issues with anybody else's videos.

Deadshot killed him, he was hired by H.I.V.E. - an organisation you will learn about way later on. as of right now: Diggle found out that Deadshot was ordered to shoot Andy and that affects him. Oliver is struggling with having meaningful relationships while being Arrow and having the past that he has. It's clear that Felicity, Diggle, Laurel, etc. matter to him a lot, but as of now he can't be romantically involved with anyone, even if he wants to. Felicity doesn't just have a crush on Oliver, she got to know him and risked her life for him (and vice versa) and that made them become close. So that's what you're seeing right now. She wants him to know that he "deserves better" than just one-night-stands. He deserves love and she lets him know that.
