He was in the terragenesis cocoon for months, but remember, Simmons said that it was EXTREMELY rare to be able to view the transformation because it only lasts for a few fleeting moments. He was singular and even more so, he seemed to do a 2nd self-terragenesis. That just doesn't happen. So, Senator Nadeer was not an Inhuman since she had no reaction to the terragenesis gas...and then she got blown up so...yeah, she dead.

2018-09-29 01:36:19 +0000 UTCOne thing a lot of reactors didn't seem to get is that terragen crystals were never harmful to humans, the Diviner that held them and grew them was lethal to humans. It was a way to protect the crystals from anyone who wasn't a potential Inhuman. Jai Yang, in trying to replicate the crystals, could never figure out how to grow pure crystals without the Diviner so all the ones she created had bits of the Diviner metal interwoven in them. Those were lethal to humans. When Daisy knocked them into the ocean, the terragen was separated from the Diviner in the water and the fish consumed the pure terragen. That's why no humans died from taking fish oil pills, but it would trigger potential Inhumans to change.
