New idea... Help me out!

While we wait for OITNB & Teen Wolf to process I've been thinking about something very cool we can do here on Patreon but I will need your support and ideas to actually do it.One thing I have noticed it's how long it takes from the time I edit/process my reactions to the time you guys actually get to watch it.Wouldn't it be cool for you guys to watch me react LIVE?OBS allows me to record my reactions but it also has the option to stream while I'm recording. It wouldn't necessarily be a live stream where we can chat. But you guys will be able to watch me while I record my UNCUT reactions.How does that sound?My questions for you guys will be: Where should I stream it? YouTube? Twitch? Rabbit? Just know that this Livestream won't stay live bc of copyright and I will still post the UNCUT reaction when is finally processed on Drive.Another question I have is what tier should I put this reward on? It has to be at least on the 7$ tier right?Do you guys have any other suggestions? If I decide to do it on Twitch or YouTube it wouldn't be on my channel and it will be a private stream so I don't get copyrighted and like I said the stream won't be available after I finish the reaction bc I will upload the normal UNCUT on Drive like always.Let me know your thoughts about this on the comments down bellow. All questions and suggestions are welcome. We can do a test next week if you guys like the idea.Also, this literally won't make me do any extra work since I will livestream what I am already doing.Anyways, thank you for your incredible support!

I'm all for it. As you said, no additional work for you. Youtube and twitch are both fine. No one gets anything less than they currently are a patron for and occasionally they might get a bit more if they can catch you live.

Mostly all of us doesn’t have to work on weekends so there might be bigger chances to catch you live react? You just have to adjust and consider the time zones though I don’t know how it works. But it’s fine Juli whether you decided to do it, not a problem at all.

I will back you either way because I will still have access to things in my tier. I would like for you to consider doing special episodes live, occasionally instead. So go back to a pilot of a show you have already reacted to like AoS and do a live chat where folks can chat at you and make it interactive that way. Either way, go you!

Again if you do it just maybe make a post so we know for sure what time it would be. You're awesome keep going!

2018-10-07 02:01:59 +0000 UTCI don't really watch anything live anymore 'cause I have an off-shift schedule, but also, I like to be able to pause what I'm watching or rewind if I miss something, so this really wouldn't affect me. If people want to do it and are available at the same time you're reacting, that's great, but I don't personally see the point of it so much without the interactive aspect of the live feed. Also, I wouldn't want it interactive 'cause I've seen a couple of live reactions and it is distracting for the reactor to try to watch, comprehend and interact with viewers. They can't really concentrate on the show.

2018-10-06 21:59:40 +0000 UTCLook, I think it can be a great idea, as long as you can keep watching it live without reading people's comments during the reactions, because if during the reaction you keep reading what people say, it will take your full focus from the reaction, and it doesn't get as fun/emotional/angry as it can get as when you are fully focused on what is happening on the episode, so it might not be as cool as your reaction without distractions. Just my opinion, but of course, you can do what feels better for you. <3

If it was like riff tv where you read/talk to chat it would be one thing but it sounds like.. people can see you react a bit earlier is the only difference? And that's only if they have 1 hour free (uninterrupted, i.e. can't go afk for 5 minutes because it's live) at the exact time when you will be doing it. Personally I don't see the point of it, unless I'm missing something. How would that work? Would you tweet "Reacting to X in 1 hour"? or just go live randomly. Either way it's up to you and since it doesn't affect people watching the uncut reaction it's fine I guess, even though I won't be one of the people who watch it 'live'.

2018-10-06 21:43:48 +0000 UTCYeah this sadly will only work for ppl with the same time zone as me. But like I said the UNCUT reaction will be available like always after Drive process the video. Nothing will change. The only new thing is that if you want to watch it live when I am reacting to it you can. And for me the slowest part is editing. And no. I am currently not able to render while I react bc the video starts to get glitchy but I won't be rendering while I Livestream/record.

2018-10-06 21:38:52 +0000 UTCThe problem with doing it live is a lot of people aren't likely to be available at the time, unless you plan on also recording it and posting it later... but that doesn't save you the time of processing or editing.... What is the slowest part of your process? The editing or the rendering? Are you able to react to another video while it is rendering?
