Helena was very...kill-y in the comics also before Batman changed her. It took a while, but she eventually became a good guy and, like I said, part of the team "Birds of Prey."

2018-11-23 09:58:38 +0000 UTCGlasses are different than a mask, to be honest. xD Plus, she's got a platinum wig on. Both of those things are distracting. I saw a scene from a movie a couple of days ago where a guy was playing a Sikh and he had a beard and turban and I saw the actor before and after the scene and had NO idea it was the same guy. I was like, "WHAT?? Wait, that's HIM??" A couple of things can completely distract you. On top of the mask and wig, she had a voice modulator. Oh, and Sara's "sheets" are a League thing. Think of them like ninjas. They have tricks up their sleeves.

It started out with Black Canary and Oracle (Batgirl) and that's the reference, even though TECHNICALLY a bat isn't a bird. ;-) But, also because "birds" is a slang word for women. A little later, Huntress (Helena Bertinelli) became part of the team. Much later, there were a lot more women added, but I wasn't reading it then.

I agree Oliver is a hypocrite about things like this, when it comes to his family, Thea, Felicity, someone who I won’t name cause spoilers he will save them no matter what the consequences but anyone else and it’s suddenly “we can’t save them” “we have to the right thing”
