In all honesty, I don’t really know anything about the actor who plays James. I only follow actors of characters I care about, and I don’t really care about James. I don’t hate him, I just don’t really see the point of him. All his storylines seemed forced and didn’t make any sense. I don’t know what it’s like in the journalism world, but I’m pretty sure a photographer doesn’t suddenly become head of the company after only working there for a couple years. And his relationship with Lena was also sudden and didn’t make sense and just seemed like the writers’ way to give them both storylines that don’t involve Kara. I mean, aside from his plan to infiltrate Children of Liberty his only use this season is to involve CatCo, which Nia is doing a better job at.

2018-11-20 05:25:49 +0000 UTCYou guys know I hate when ppl drag actors into what happens with their characters but Mehcad has said multiple times that he is a lesbian trapped in a fútbol player's body. That there's only 1 gender "the human" gender or something like that. And when ppl politely at first, tried to tell him that he shouldn't said things like that, he went on and on how he was truly a lesbian and shit like that. There's a lot more about him and I also don't like the dude and this time for me and for many others, we have the effect of not liking the actor filter in not liking James either. I have my own reasons why I don't like James prior to Mehcad's comments but after that I just hate the character even more.

2018-11-19 21:55:31 +0000 UTCI love Lena so much, but I honestly think that she was in the wrong. She keeps sneaking around and try to help him her way, or her family’s way. But James is a guy with high morals and he truly believes that by doing what’s right justice will prevail. The fact that Lena would cross any line for him is actually very toxic and shows that they’re morally incompatible. I’m not saying that Lena’s a bad person, again I love her, but she’s trying to take control of every problem around her and fix it herself, like how she’s experimenting with alien stuff on humans. And I feel like that’ll send her down a dark path.
