they also had trouble getting the actors, this show catapulted cumberbach's career. Each episode is basically a full length movie, getting such popular actors to have time available is difficult

2018-12-24 05:53:27 +0000 UTCIn the UK as far as I am aware everything is series apart from the classic Doctor Who which is seasons. Fun fact one of the writers for Sherlock (Steven Moffat) was the show runner of Doctor Who from series 5-10. Mark Gatiss (Mycroft Holmes) is the other writer. There are very few episodes they took 2 years to write each series because they had to be detailed and Doctor Who took precedent.

2018-12-24 03:31:48 +0000 UTCThat's one of my favorite episodes of Sherlock, but everything in the first two seasons was really good. I'll have to get you started on Fargo.... The guy that plays Watson is the main character as a bumbling fool in way over his head.... its a good dark comedy ... it has possibly the best villain ever in TV I think you'd also really like Ozark.... its very breaking bad-ish, involving money laundering, drug cartels, outlaws, rednecks and hillbillies..... And still hoping you eventually come back to The Expanse with Season 4 is just around the corner.... (found out the other day they have a 4K UHD stream now, they got rid of the fade to black commercial breaks, added the full intro into every episode... it feels more like a movie)

Also if you have the time someday to try watching Outlander (AMAZING LOVE STORYπ) and SyFy's Haven tv show (i feel like that show was being underrated and was a really good show, in my opinion). The pilot episodes and maybe a few just to get the feel of those shows. Im a huge fan and love seeing your reactions, especially TO, TVD, AoS and Sherlock now. π

It dosen't annoy me as it's so infrequent but I just thought I would point it out.
