Ughh it’s so so sad that Ian is the one that is going to be suffering with a Mental illness... don’t get me wrong i don’t wish it upon anyone else but WHY my baby Ian of course it had to be him the writers love making me cry lmao! Btw i really recommend you looking up the symptoms/effects of Bipolar disorder (Manic Episodes, Depression) if you don’t know much about it, it defintley helped me better understand his actions etc in S4 and 5 :) S5 is set 4-6 months after where we left of in the S4 finale! I really can’t wait for more reactions, and thank you SM for beginning to do 2 reactions per week, i’m so happy!! 💛 (Sorry in advance for my shitty english it’s not my first language)

Ever since you began watching Shameless i’ve been looking most forward to your reactions to S4 and 5, and i’m so grateful that you made it this far in and shared with us your lovely reactions to it 💛 Ohhh and Gallavich this season has been so beautiful ughh i love how they slowly developed their relationship through-out all the seasons, it makes it so much better when we first get scenes because it doesn’t feel forced at all bc all the build up!! There is so much Gallavich content in S5 to look forward to, but prepare the tissues aswell, it’s a emotional season 😶

That scene with Debbie coming downstairs and seeing Fiona in the kitchen was so good. I cried like a bitch lol. It really illustrated how, underneath all the chaos and dysfunction, the Gallaghers love each other. Great work from Emma Kenney (Debbie) and Emmy Rossum in that scene. Poor Ian. I had the same reaction when I found out he was bipolar. The signs were there, why didn't I see it? Of all the characters on this show, I think Mandy might be the most tragic. That scene with her and Lip at the diner broke my heart. How sad that something she did to help him (getting him into college) will be the very thing that takes him from her. So sad. Overall, I think this is the best season of Shameless. Hilarious, heartbreaking, thought provoking. It's heavy for sure, but the beauty that comes from it is worth the darkness. Never before have I laughed so much or cried so hard watching a TV show. So glad you made it this far and got to experience it for yourself. And the acting! Jesus, the acting. Next season is great too. This week has been great. I don't know what I'm going to do when we go back to 1 reaction a week lol. Thanks Juli!

2019-01-04 02:12:05 +0000 UTCThis episode is simply breathtaking,the acting,the dialogues,the soundtrack,everything,is just perfect.The way that Mickey reacted when he found out what was going on with Ian makes my heart breaks in a million pieces,one of the most emotional scenes on the show.I'm so happy that you were so passionate about this season and about the characters,it's like I'm being able to fell all the emotions that I felt back when I saw this show for the first time through your videos,so thank you so much for that.It will be really hard to wait two weeks for season 5 and also get back for the 1 reaction per week schedule,but we get that you have a lot of other shows to focus,but anyways,I'm already excited to see all your reactions for season 5 <3

2019-01-04 01:55:52 +0000 UTCI was in Chicago in March of 2017 and visited the Gallagher house. I found the address online and thought it would be cool to see it in person. When I turned onto the street, I was surprised to see about 30 people a block up the road standing in front of it. I thought I would be the only person there, risking getting shot to get out and take a picture lol. But there were all kinds of fans there. The owner of the house came out, I talked with him for a bit. I asked if it was always that busy and he was like "you have no idea." He said they put him up in a swanky hotel when they use the house for filming, usually a few weeks out of the year. He said his son is good friends with he actress who plays Debbie. His whole family is close with the cast, apparently. Out front was a sign inviting fans to come in the gate and walk around as long as they didn't disturb them inside. I walked around the yard (front and back), walked up the front and back steps which was really cool lol. Ended up stepping into a big mudhole where the pool used to be in the side yard. You could still see the imprint of the pool in the gravel and mud. It was a really cool experience. Felt like I was in the show and was about to see Carl pissing out the window or something lol. I also got to see Kev and V's house, Sheila's house and a house up the block that's used in one of the later seasons. (Won't spoil it for Juli lol)
