That was my problem with the movie too. The ending. The book is very different. Harry DEFINITELY has a reaction after Sirius' death 💔

I watched this after a really bad day, it really lifted my mood :)
Based on what you said in your review you're going to love the sixth movie, I can't wait to see your reaction!

Here is the complete Profecy: "The one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord approaches... Born to those who have thrice defied him, born as the seventh month dies... and the Dark Lord will mark him as his equal, but he will have power the Dark Lord knows not...and either must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives... The one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord will be born as the seventh month dies." So, the two children that were born in the end of July and that the parents have aready defied Voldermort, where Harry and Neville, Voldermort peak up Harry first because he saw himself on Harry(for reasons that they explain in the book, but I will not tell for the sake of next movie hahaha) After the Voldermort desipered, four of the Death Eaters decided that Frank and Alice(being the parents of the other profecy child) knew information about what happened to Voldemort and where they could find him. So they were captured and tortured. I never liked how they do not put Neville importance in the profecy on the movies, but I gess that they did the best that they could, the fifth book is the bigest one and a lot is explain, like the sixth book too, but on the next movie they dont put 1/3 of the book 6 hahaha

From Prisoner of Azkaban (more so Goblet of Fire) on there is so much plot that didn’t/couldn’t make it into the movies - for instance, in this one it was actually Umbridge who sent the dementors after Harry in the beginning in an attempt to have him expelled and thus discredited

yeah! I'll start watching now, just a note: The actress who plays Nymphadora Tonks is the same as Osha from Game of Thrones

For some reason all the images of Harry’s happy memories when he’s fighting off Voldemort’s possession always give me the feels. Hermione’s laugh at the end get the tear.
Juli, you talk about Harry not going for the revenge and you’re right of course, but one thing I always find interesting is that he is angry enough that he uses the Cruciatas curse on Bellatrix. I’ll bet Neville appreciates that irony.

Heartbroken scene when Sirius died. He was his only family left and once again it has been taking away from him. The actors are so talented, because when you see an interview with Daniel he is so full of light and sympathetic but Harry is more reserved, he carries much more pain so the difference between Daniel and Harry is huge and we feel it. I feel like the HalfBlood Prince is kind of a break between this dark fifth movie and the part 1 of Deathly Hallows, even with the end. No matter how many times I'm looking that movie, it always makes me cry. However, I liked your reaction. I like that you can see some thing about the scenario right away because some of it I understand it when I've seen the next one, details that I was no seeing but you saw them. You've got an good eye. Can't wait for next one who will be challenging again.

I enjoy this movie but there was more to the prophecy in the book, and more to Neville's backstory that they don't talk about that I wish they'd included. Also, Bellatrix just shot Sirius into that void in the book, leaving it kind of ambiguous whether he was dead, but they wanted it explicit in the film so they had her hit him with the killing curse.

Daniels acting is amazing, when hes screaming when Sirius died its so powerful. The fight between Dumbledore and Voldemort is so awesome and I love that Dumbledore calls him Tom to show hes not afraid of him basically. And the part where Voldemort possessed harry is so well acted and emotional. No matter how many times I've seen these movies they always make me emotional. So happy you're enjoying them!
