I don't think Carly's intention was to frame Jeff for a murder in order to get custody of the child. She seemed distracted and a bit desperate the whole time and seemed surprised to get that text from Jeff about her leaving him high and dry. So, it's possible she was distracted the whole time because she'd already gotten the text message to kill MacLaren and she was conflicted and confused. I'm not sure, but I never felt she left Jeff in order to frame him. She, I felt, didn't want to deal with the cops and be detained while things were going on with her team, so she bolted and probably thought she'd figure it out later.

Also the director was not developing feelings. When Grace said that it was vulnerable to corruption by the faction she meant they could use it to implement their own agenda and things, not that the A.I. was getting feelings.

Also if you can make edited versions, or if someone else can make them for youtube that would be awesome

We finally find out the Director is an A.I.!
Yeah it is confusing, did messages come from the director or the faction?
Who ordered the quantum frame to be built? Who wanted our team members dead? Who wanted the quantum frame to be destroyed? I can't see a world where the director sent travelers back to assasinate the team honestly. But I could see the director sending messages to kill 3468 (Grant), both the cop and Carly got that message. But then again texts are a bit weird. Ahh confusion. Who ordered the frame to be built could go either way, but since he "got the message from the director personally" I feel like the director wanted it built, but then (assuming it saw that things did not go well) orders it to be destroyed.
In the end Ellis says the director is coming, and then gets used to deliver the message "destroy the quantum frame immediately". So I feel like either the director was coming to the 21st and the faction ordered it to be destroyed, or something else was happening and the director ordered it destroyed.
Looking forward to future reactions <3

So do I. It's been a puzzlement to me why others haven't tried to invest time in viewing this show. I watched 2 seasons of "Timeless" and ultimately became bored as spit. "Travelers" never ceased to interest and amaze me. It never had to rely on historical figures to generate your interest. The show was always smart, event and character driven. As I said I loved season 1 and 2, but season 3 just floored me-----and then it was cancelled. Still waiting for season 2 of "Mindhunter". I discovered a great British show called "Marcella", the second season of which was just terrific. Another extremely conflicted heroine. Thanks again for sponsoring the second season of "Travelers". You're a gem.

Awesome episode! I wish someone could make edited versions for YouTube so more people could find this underrated show and to see peoples comments about it since not many people here comment.
If anyone reading this is up to the task, please do consider editing the episodes for juli. I would LOVE to introduce new people to the show on youtube, and see their comments. I tried to edit myself but found it difficult.
