I tried this and it definitely worked! if you also choose asia instead of europe it will play with subtitles with CC on.

2019-03-23 21:49:37 +0000 UTCHey, to watch everything quickly just download the google chrome addon called "zenmate", it's a vpn. It changes your ip while it's turned on. Put it on Germany and you should be able to watch everything without going to the proxy site
