Yeah a lot of people do it to let the steam of the shower escape the room. Usually showers doors are blurry anyway or have curtains so you can't see into them, and the windows are high up so unless anyone was directly looking in standing close to the window, no one would be able to see anything other than his head maybe.

2020-08-28 10:47:43 +0000 UTCI'm assuming that the window wasn't huge enough for anyone to see him. Otherwise, it wouldn't be in the bathroom. A lot of bathrooms have small windows high up. It's not a weird thing to shower with it open
