I'm catching up on your OTH reactions and you spoke so many facts about shows today!!! They cannot handle multiple characters and I don't know why because OTH did it perfectly. Every character gets a storyline and they grow and change!

Also "you expect me to believe that a boy named after the white trash rock star drink of choice spent the night in your bed and nothing happened?" "Dude, I'm 15." "Like that matters! When I was 15..." always makes me laugh. Seeing Brooke and Julian separately trying to find Sam when she ran away was so sweet. I love that Brooke was open with Sam and poor Sam. She didn't ask for Brooke to be attacked. The Xavier reveal was crazy.

2020-09-13 22:32:25 +0000 UTCI understand your perspective about Quentin. I'm not sure myself. But I think if Quentin was a prop then wouldn't Sam be too? At first they introduced Quentin as a "bad kid" for the cast to save because of their new positions as mentors in the school. Haley as a teacher and Lucas, skills, and Nathan as coaches. After they help him become better, he helps Nathan advance in his story. And literally right after he dies...they introduce Sam. The new "bad kid" that they need to save. Brooke helps her, gives her a home and a parental figure. And now Sam is kinda being used to advance Brooke's story line and growth. I don't know...but I always thought it was funny how they jumped to the next kid to help right after Q. Opinions?

He has a much different attitude about kids than Owen does. And he is looking out for Sam with no other motive. I feel like if Owen went looking for her, it would only be b/c Brooke asked and to get Brooke's attention. I love how Julian quietly looks for Sam on his own.

She was raised by parents who were kind enough to take her in and Owen was totally out of line
