Turns out my mom has kidney stones and we have to go to a urologist tomorrow for treatment. She is without pain right now so that’s an improvement.
She couldn’t stay at the hospital due to the fact that we are still in an state of emergency in my country and been at a hospital is too risky. So they send her home without any pain but with medication until she gets to her appointment tomorrow.
I was so scared for her! Specially bc the pain just started out of nowhere!! Thank God we were able to know what was wrong with her and we know what to do next.
The emergency doctor said she won’t need surgery but the urologist will be able to give us more answers tomorrow.
As you guys know, I’m the one who takes care of my mom and I won’t be able to post for a couple of days. I hope you guys understand I need to be there for her.
I really hope the doctor gives us a good treatment for her tomorrow so she feels better soon.

2020-10-09 00:09:48 +0000 UTCKidney stones are awful. I’ve had them several times. Sometimes they are too big to pass, so you have to get them broken up with ultrasound. Hopefully that will not be the case with your mom. Drinking shots of apple cider vinegar mixed with lemon juice helps.
