I understand that their story is not easy (and I love this)... maybe too messy or subtle for some people but they are amazing characters and iconic lovers. It's OK not to care about them but I don't get the hate. I guess we all know who these haters are. They must skip many Lucas and Peyton scenes so that they can only remember their mistakes and spread BS :) But if it helps them forget how flawed Naley/Brulian etc are... good for them. It's simply not OTH without Lucas & Peyton.

I loved seeing Julian stand up to Victoria and tell her that he loves Brooke and anyone who can't love her right won't be in their future.

Never cared much for Leyton, but their wedding was beautiful and I'm happy for them. I wanna add that s6 is the only season I somewhat liked them and that ending just broke my heart. Poor Peyton.

All of the comments were about how it wasn't fair that Juli didn't like the way Brooke was treating Peyton. So it doesn't seem really accurate to say that no one was upset...

Brooke stans are in the majority but most of us weren't upset that she favored more but now that she has fallen more in love with Brooke's character, the Peyton stans are annoyed. Let Juli enjoy who she wants. She still loves Peyton but Brooke's storyline this season was in the forefrunt so of course she's gonna talk about Brooke more

I like Peyton as a character and I like her dynamics and relationships with her friends more tahn with Lucas. I think it may be because I'm not a big fan of Lucas. Of the big 5, he is easily my least favorite character and I often skip his scenes, especially the Leyton ones.

2020-10-25 01:51:32 +0000 UTCI agree about the first part. But as weird as it sounds, that what makes it epic for me. They're just IT for each other. No one else could ever be enough for them. They're destined to be together, and that's it. But I strongly disagree about the second part. And that's what I always mean when I say people only hold Leyton accountable. Remember Haley leaving with Chris Keller and letting him kiss her ? Remember Nathan letting the nanny kiss him too and watching her naked ? And I won't talk about Brulian because of spoilers, but there are definitely hearbreaks and other people involved as well. So you can totally prefer them over Leyton. But to say that they are the only ones being "toxic" and that the other love stories don't involve the same things on some level, or other similar problems... It just doesn't sit right with me.

I mean, he tried to force her to say I love you after only a month, basically left her when she couldn't, and even though he knows her issues and everything she's struggling with, he still went with a date to the wedding, other Brooke no less. And he still brought up the whole "you need to tell me you love me". I don't know, seeing it again with new eyes, I hate how they made him act here. He seems so entitled.

I mean, I get it, Naley is Naley, but to me, Leyton was always the most epic love story of the show. I don't know, I just love them with all my heart, and all their memorable lines and scenes. I know that everyone has their own opinion, and that's okay and it's great because it would be truly horrible if everyone liked the same things. But still, I never really understood how people could hate them. I mean, when you see this beautiful and perfect wedding, how can you not think they're goals?

Any time I had any success, he would remind me of my failures. I see that in Brooke. She’s so talented, and good hearted, and beautiful but she carries around this feeling that she’s not good enough. And she has you to thank for that. Nice work. Victoria: are you finished? Julian: No. Not yet. I love your daughter. I’m in love with her and one of these days she’s ganna love me back and when she does, I want you to understand something, you’re either going to learn to be nice to her or you won’t be in her life…. nice to meet you Victoria. Literally since season 2 when Juli fell completely in love with Peyton and would go on and on about her, I don’t remember the pushback from people being annoyed about how little she would about Brooke or anyone else. But now that it has been the opposite, it’s a problem? Interesting.

2020-10-24 20:24:06 +0000 UTCI am going to be extremely bias and say that this was my favorite OTH wedding not just because I love Leyton but because all the drama surrounding them right now and the vows especially Peyton’s were just so perfect, I always get emotional hearing her say "I’m so terribly in love with you." Because it’s true Peyton has always been so star eyed, unequivocally and undeniably in love with Lucas and no matter how many times Lucas was with Lindsay or Brooke it’s just always been Peyton for him ever since the Pilot, before even, since the 8th grade, he wrote 2 books about how much he loved her and the fact that they were getting married on the same spot they talked for the first time made it even more emotional. And Peyton thinking she might die just makes it all so much more heartbreaking.

Thought I’d mention that when Julian said “Laguna Beach?” and Chase replied, the actor for Chase was actually on that show😂 I loved your reaction to when Julian showed up- then finding out he brought a date lmao! I’m so glad you ship Brulian!!! Him standing up to Victoria at the end was so good! Skills keeping Jamie on a leash was hilarious. Jamie won’t be kidnapped again at Lucas’ wedding🤣 Naley is perfect!!!! If I can’t have a Nathan Scott, what’s the point??! Of course they couldn’t end the episode happily tho... So excited for the finale reaction!

Rightfully so because her storyline has been great. But Peyton as always is my favorite so I’ve been missing the long comments about her. ☺️
