Yeah for me I remember Haley being a little judgy of Brooke right in the beginning and now the same with Quinn being kinda judgy about Alex throwing herself at clay. Honestly, though I blame it more on the time period then the characters. Because otherwise they’ve been great. I just don’t think Quinn’s intro is the best.

I don't support ladies, and especially pregnant ladies being punched, but man, Renee had it coming. She was clearly trying to get a reaction out of Haley with what she said, and she got it. This episode also had some sweet and incredible friendship moments, Nathan and Brooke, which we rarely get to see. But the scenes we do get are so beautiful and with their similar experiences growing up they can relate to each other in more ways than one. And ofc Alex and Millie. Probably not the first one to say this, but I adore their friendship. That catwalk scene with the two of them... Just iconic. Another great reaction from you.

I wish we got more of Brooke and Nathan together. Their one on one scenes are some of my favorites, but they’re so rare, even though Brooke and Nathan are one of the longest running friendships of the main cast left. The sad thing about not showing it is they are very similar people. They’ve also lived very similar lives. They both had bad parents (I love Deb, but she was a mess). They both had these crazy aspirations that are very unlikely to happen for most people, and then they both got their dreams and became famous and wealthy because of their determination and hard work. They both also really want to create a solid family/home life, because neither of them had that growing up. They both started out as kind of vain, shallow, selfish people, who were really good and decent deep down, they just needed someone to see their worth. And they both became better versions of themselves.

I 100% agree. I've never seen the last three seasons, but these reactions encouraged me to watch them. Now that I'm on season 8, I freaking love Quinn and somehow now Alex? When did that happen?

great reaction :) gotta say i disagree on the quinn-david thing. i'm really bothered by quinn because of how she's dealing with the fallout of her marriage. we obvs never saw them together, but they've been married for years and one day, she up and leaves him without a word/explains why she really left, so ofc her husband is confused. like poor david, 'cause i'd be hurt by a blow like that? it's not like they were having major problems that both parties were aware of, it was all quinn falling out of love. and she's valid for that, just not valid for how she handled the situation. idk why she's shocked that david would keep fighting for them because that's his wife and he loves her, tf quinn? lol ALL THIS TO SAY, i don't actually gaf about david, LOL. he can go. just looking at the situation as a whole. i'm glad there's a divorce storyline, but maybe it would've been more...interesting with characters i cared about.

Loved the Friendship moment between Brooke and Nathan. How Brooke gave a pep talk to Nathan and how Nathan returned the attention of the press to Brooke at her show and congratulated her. I wish we got more exploration with the friendship. So far, only glimpses.

Regarding Quinn...I found her a bit annoying in the beginning too. With all her deep musings lol. Its kinda funny because I felt the same about Peyton in the earlier seasons. However, I don't think they are alike at all. I think we are just seeing Quinn at a low right now. In real life, divorce is a big emotional deal for people. But as the viewer, we are just introduced to her so we don't really feel what she is feeling yet and her drama isn't as grand as everyone else's.......Also, I really like how they set up the quinn/david break up as well. They just grew apart. No big reason. I picture David as the more homebody type (like me lol) but Quinn likes to go out and experience things more. I think its realistic.

I like how Victoria is protective of Brooke. I hate though that she has planted this seed for Brooke because she wasn't even concerned about it before. I was surprised when it was revealed that Alex wrote the script. Her character has a lot of depth. I also love her friendship with Millie and how Alex is protective of her.
