2021-01-28 18:00:06 +0000 UTCI remember loving Haley’s storyline with losing her mom when I first watched it because of Joy’s acting. She, IMO, is the best actor OTH had. I so enjoyed rewatching it here but it hit a little different. I lost my dad to the same cancer a few months ago so it was tough seeing that again here through Haley’s struggle. Incredible storyline that sadly hit close to home this time around. This show has always helped me through things, this storyline being no different even the second time around

2021-01-27 22:06:12 +0000 UTCI don't really know why, but the scene where Brooke and Haley is sitting in the snow fort is my absolute favourite Braley moment in the entire show. The scene only lasts for about two seconds and there isn't even any dialogue, but it's just something about the way Brooke is hugging Haley and pulling her closer to her that I really love. It's almost as if she's trying to squeeze away Haley's pain. I can't really explain it, but I just love that moment so much. Apart from Naley, Braley is my favourite part about oth, I just adore their friendship. Both together and seperate they are such strong, amazing, kindhearted women and they own me and my heart. Brulian's proposal was so beautiful and precious. The way Julian just casually put the ring in Brooke's hand as if it was no big deal. Hahaha, SO cute. I'm so excited for you to react to s8 and see their journey this season. Other than s3 s8 is my favourite. That ending and Clinn getting shot left me breathless. But this is oth after all, no one stays happy for too long, so can't really expect anything else, ooff. And what do I need a heart for anyway??? Overall one of my favourite episides and your reaction was spot on. I can't believe we're already done with s7. Getting so close to the end of the show. I feel so conflicted about this. Cause while I'm so excited for you to react to s8 and s9 which both are such incredible seasons, I don't want your reactions for oth to end. Glad you're gonna react to interviews and gag reels/ bloopers afterwards.

2021-01-27 18:45:15 +0000 UTCI don't even know anymore how many times I have rewatched oth, I only know it's A LOT. Probably the show I have rewatched most times through the years. Like many others, oth is my comfort show, it's the show that makes me feel safe no matter how my day has been, and idk, watching oth makes me feel like home. It doesn't matter how many other shows I watch and fall in love with, oth wil always be special and stay as my most favourite tv show. I can't really explain it, but oth saved my life in more ways than one. I have been so lucky that I have been able to meet some of the cast members, and though those moments didn't last very long it was really amazing. I didn't know it at the time, but the year I met Sophia would later turn out to be the worst year of my life. And Sophia became this reminder to me that even in the darkest moments there are still a possibility for joy. Lmao, yes, I am that obsessed fan. But in all honesty I don't regret it one single bit. Cause oth truly is something else. Whetver you're a kid, teen or an adult, you're able to connect to this show in one way or another. I'm simply thankful this show exist, thankful to the actors who made oth what it is.

This is my favorite show of all time since it premiered when I was sixteen. You're so lucky you get to binge it. I remember never knowing from season to season if it was coming back.

That's why when they were all sledding and walking up the hill it felt like a goodbye. Thank God it wasn't though cause season 9 is amazing how it ends.

2021-01-27 04:58:28 +0000 UTCI wish they had kept Josh on! I think they could have really explored his character more. Maybe we could have even gotten a storyline about him adjusting to being out. As for rewatching, I've rewatched the show at least 3 times over. Episodes like this one just bring me so much joy. I always love the episodes where everyone is together and you see different interactions in friendships. This episode vaguely reminded me of the season 3 episode when the group was at Rachel's cabin. Also, I usually rewatch episodes from season 3, 6, 7 and 9 the most.

Also, Bethany Joy Lenz is pregnant next season, but she isn't very far along at the beginning of the next season, so I don't think she was pregnant or at least visibly pregnant during this season.

So I’ve probably seen season 1 about twelve times. I love this episode and it really feels like it could’ve been a series finale with the way everyone is talking about happily ever after and everyone ends in a really good place, and then you get to the final scene and they punch you in the face with that cliffhanger. I actually completely forgot that happened until they went to Quinn and Clay on the couch.

2021-01-27 02:34:29 +0000 UTCHaley's storyline is so great and was done so well but I hate that they kind of made it seem relatively seem so easy to get over it. Naley's relationship was put through a lot this season but we knew they'd come back because they're the best. I didn't necessarily like the Brulian drama because it felt childish at times but at the same time I loved how it was so easy to understand all parties and it make for some tough decisions on who to defend in the situation at times. But as long as Brulian comes out strong I don't care what happens. Julian was adorable with his anxiety, I feel like theres something more with that but they don't delve into it much. Next season his character does take a strange twist. I was expecting this season cliffhanger because i feel like the writers knew they needed something traumatic to happen for everyone to get more attached to their characters, and at the same time how are they supposed to be true Tree Hill residents if they don't go through something crazy (Nathan, 3x22, Haley, 4x10, Brooke 4x16 and 6x01, Peyton, it'd be easier to count the episodes she wasnt going through something traumatic, Even Jamie got kidnapped and almost drowned in his first debut season). And Clinn is no exception from the trauma Tree Hill brings. I kind of wish the Katie storyline could've been built up more but I was still able to enjoy it. Not as much as the other psychos though. But speaking of the cliffhanger, while I think Clinn needed something this big I feel like the show also did. The last big big thing to happen was probably Brookes attack or Q's murder, and since they need to bring people in to this new batch of seasons they need to end it on something dramatic. But there's a lot more exciting things to happen so be prepared. So while I'm not excited for season 8, I'm still ready to watch your reactions to most of the episodes.

It's my comfort show too so when i feel any type of way and need some sort of motivation for a problem or a soultion within myself and my future, one tree hill is one of the things that help me get through or help give me advice or push me to go forward in similar situations i've went through or felt that was shown on the show. I have a book of quotes from the show that i read when i need advice. This show means everything to me and so does the cast because they are all inspirtatial and love the fans and support each other through each others new projects etc. One tree hill is family to me and the music that I've found has helped me in the ways that music helped peyton. Art has helped me the way it helped peyton as well. Lucas inspires me to have a journal and write my feelings and problems instead of holding it all in my head. Haley inspires me to go forward no matter how hard the depression or struggles can be. Nathan helps me see that a dad who maniplutes or hurts you emotionally doesn't define you and that you can be someone else and someone better than a parent of yours that may have some aspects of dan just like my father does. And brooke helps me understand my feelings and understand that high school didn't define me and that i have so much potential no matter what anyone says. So yes i rewatch lol

I just love how they have showcased the reciprocity of their relationship this season. For example, Nathan going on tour with her in the first half. That shows their growth since season 2. And now his supporting her in her grief in the second half of the season.

Of course certain characters and storylines I watch more but it’s been my favourite show since I was a 14. As always LOVED your reactions Juli! A lot of people don’t love season 7 but I thought it was a pretty good season considering Leyton weren’t in it. Can’t wait until season 8 reactions start.
