Sick 🤒

I always have problems with my throat and I felt sick late Saturday night. Yesterday I made an appointment and went to the doctor today.
I have chronic tonsillitis and mixed rhinitis and both are currently kicking my ass 🥺
I’ve been prescribed very strong antibiotics for the chronic tonsillitis and a nasal spray for the rhinitis. Also, it turns out my anxiety is making the rhinitis worst, sense is making me more tense. Plus the AC inside of my room is not helping.
The doctor recommended to have another appointment with my psychiatrist to let him know about my rhinitis and see how he can help.
That’s probably my own fault tho... The thing is, without telling my doctor (or anyone for that matter) I stopped taking my pills at night bc they made me too sleepy during the day and I wanted to react and post as much as I could without feeling like a zombie. I should have probably just told him about it and have him change the pills. Stupid me 😭
Anyways... I’ll let you guys know what he told me tomorrow but rn I feel too sick to react or do anything. I’m so sorry 😢
