I know this is a really delayed response to this episode, I only just discovered Apple TV and found Dickinson, but I wanted to comment on Sue's "betrayal" in this episode. Has it occurred to anyone that Sue wasn't sleeping with Sam for the reason she said she was? I think she was doing it to protect Emily. I think, upon hearing about the rumors, that she forbade Sam from pursuing Emily in that way and chose to take the payment for his interest upon herself. Of course there is always the chance she also did it because she was lonely and trying to push Emily away, but something about Sue betraying Emily that way just doesn't feel right. Sam's wife straight told Sue that Sam must be getting something in return and I really believe Sue did that to protect her girl.
