I think liz doing this research is honestly a good thing, yeah sure WE love Rosa, Isobel, Max and Michael but imagine the MILLIONS of people out there losing their loved ones to sickness and how that could be prevented. If she sat on that secret to protect her friends it would honestly be selfish. I would understand if she didn't because obviously it's her sister. It's like the trolley problem, saving the whole world of people you don't know or some of the closest people in your life.
