I just get frustered if the first part was true than it makes it difficult to explain to casual viewers why characters might be acting a certain way, ect. Apparently it's one of my pet peeves, as a creative writer, lol

I'm just more grateful for Chris Hollierwho seems to be a MUCH better fit for the group (I also love he's more of a romantic, too, lol)

2021-05-20 20:41:04 +0000 UTCWhile I don't necessarily wanna defend Carina, I think it must be so hard to be a showrunner that cannot be close to the set AND the writer's room at the same time. I think Carina was kind of helicopter mom-ing this show and wanted to be on set as much as possible, but since the show is shot in New Mexico and the writers work out of LA, it was difficult.

2021-05-19 17:09:32 +0000 UTCand honestly I forgot how OOC Max seemed in a couple of episodes. But I blame that on more poor writing, than anything else. There was a LOT of unporfessional drama regarding one of the writers/creators this season. She ended up leaving the show, and a new creator has taken over. One that lots of people like. This one both Jeanine and Nathan seemed to be annoyed/frustrated with her drama, so she wrote weird storylines for them. Or gave limited screentime, same for Trevino-Kyle-actor and why he was so limited this storyline. Glad we don't have to deal with that BS anymore, so the more casual viewers don't get confused by weird storylines/random ooc moments
