you were again so spot on with your thoughts .. Michael likes Maria, but Alex is the love of his life. He changed so much for Michael in terms of perspective - he gave him hope and love .. stuff Michael never had before. Also yes, Liz is a science queen and I love her character and what that means too.

2021-06-01 09:37:11 +0000 UTCAnd I LOVE how much Liz Ortecho means to you! Honestly I do get it, do a degree. Not the same way as you, but I am a disabled, and asexual, woman. Having Alex's character exist as an openly gay military, AND disabled, character was HUGE for me. If I had seen how brave he was when I was younger, I probably would have come out sooner. So representation IS so very important! And SO glad you have that with Liz!!!

But yeah, the Taylor jokes are actually well intentioned, and I guess the creators way of saying that they do like her :)
