The Fosters 2x17 FULL REACTION

I'm glad Daphne confessed and I hope it's not too late for Callie.

i disagree about timothee, in schools we have learned a lot of things that don't really benefit us in the future unless you wanna be a math teacher, English teacher or science teacher. High school teaches you the basics and the technicalities that go along with the subject not with your mind and strength, I've had a teacher like Timonthee where they would go beyond the topic and let us use our minds, the way we think and the way we use our life experiences to connect and dig deeper with English studies. School shouldn't just be about a test and a grade that determines our future not our strengths and minds. Test benefits the school and their ratings of graduates and how the school looks in the city it's in or upcoming students wanting to attend based on test scores and graduating rates. I think Timonthee was trying to show that it's not just about tests to benefit the school and how it looks, they are loosing the whole point of being a teacher which is to lead and help students be prepare for the world they will step in and use their minds to grow and achieve life. Our test are not benefiting our future right now. College which I'm currently in, I have learned more than I ever have in high school and it's cause I have teachers like Timonthee who digs deeper not just going along with reading a book that says what lesson everyday to get on with the class; These teachers are rare and actually care about the students. The world lacks those and instead has rude etc teachers that just follow the book to get on with the grades and the year not caring if a kid understands or has actually learned something that will benefit them in the future or benefit themselves. In my opinion you and Juli have seen that scene in a different way like as if he's unprofessional. He should've fought harder for his job to help the students but what he is showing is way more than it looks

Also can you do a character ranking, or top 10 characters of this show, you're barely into the thick of it so I guarantee it will change but i just wanna know where your heads at regarding the characters. Like imagine if we could compare who your favourite characters were in the early stages of OTH to who they are now.

There's never a dull episode in this season, I love it so much, i really hope you react to the next episode soon it's so good/emotional. Jude was so adorable going to the Quinns, he's definitely what gave Daphne a change of heart, deciding to confess. So he basically saved the day. Mariana slipped up a bit in this episode but I'm not that mad because it's just typical teenage conflict. I like that she has Tia to call her out on her bullshit, they make such a good pairing I live for their scenes. Stef was out of line with Rita but damn seeing get like this because she's so adamant to get Callie back, i absolutely love it. She's in full mama bear mode and since she isn't being given all the facts what can you really expect but for her to jump to conclusions and run with it. I completely get why Callie doesn't wanna tell them and I love her for that but I do think she should come clean because things are always easier when everyone (especially stef and lena) knows the truth and can work to fix it instead of going off on people (Rita) who don't deserve it. Timothee was way out fo line with that email. This isn't a Haley James Scott situation where the head teacher is trying to silence a student and she quits in defence of them. Monte and Lena gave him the facts and let him know that English isn't the only subject to think about, the arts, science and sports programs need help as well. I don't understand all the technicalities but what I do understand is that if he truly wanted to help he would help from the inside, him leaving isn't gonna stop the English program from changing so how does this help the kids in any way. I know he was fired but as a grown ass man he must've known the repercussions of sending out that insanely inappropriate and unprofessional email to all the students. He was acting like a baby, I agree with him but i don't agree with his methods.
