2019-09-07 17:13:08 +0000 UTCYes... I truly love this show. It's quite beautiful. Well written and directed. And the character... while I don't like a few of them, they're fun to get to know. I love Hugh Bonneville as Robert Crawley, the Earl of Grantham and of course I absolutely adore Maggie Smith as his mother, Countess Violet Crawley. However, my two favorite characters aside from them are among the servants. I love John Bates and Anna. They're so sweet towards one another and they're the kindest of all of the staff. I also really love Mrs. Patmore, the cook too. Thomas and Sarah O'Brien are horrible and so mean, but their characters definitely add a lot to the drama within this show. They're characters you love to hate. Overall... I deeply love seeing how the upper, middle, and the lower classes in England lived during the days just after the sinking of the Titanic. It's a beautiful time period and I love the history behind it all. So amazing and the storylines are so good. I truly hope you will continue to watch this show. I will definitely continue to watch your reactions for it. :) Fun fact... the castle in which this show is set and filmed in is called Highclere Castle and it's in Hampshire, England. I've never had the opportunity to go to England to see it, but my Nana and Papa have seen it and I've seen pictures of it. It's so beautiful. Thank you so much!!! Until your next reaction... :)

I have to say for a show with so many characters I think they balance it really well so you don't feel like you're missing any of them, which I think a lot of shows don't do well. And I absolutely love Maggie Smith. She is always amazing.
