No , the pilot was filmed and then pitched and shown to several networks. Nickelodeon then picked up the show and they started filming which is also why the actors look older in episode 2 forward compared to the pilot. The pilot was probably filmed months if not a year or so before the rest of the episodes

The reason why Trina's hair looks different from the pilot episode and the rest of the season seperately because they wanted to make sure that the pilot episode would get good ratings first before filming the rest of the season.

This, Drake & Josh, iCarly, and Zoey 101 were prime Nick shows. Very much looking forward to future reactions and how you react to funny moments and scenes that I can remember from the next several seasons. It’s a shame it wasn’t renewed after the third season (which was split up in two so really it’s four seasons) and didn’t have a proper finale. Still, it’s going to be worth watching because there are sooo many funny moments in this show that you have yet to see!
