Another reason for the rest of the books not being made... is because the rest of the books are not about Peter, Susan, Edmond, and Lucy. There are a number of new characters introduced in them without a majority of the characters we’ve come to love within these first thee movies and their books, which order is different from how the movies were made. I believe that they chose not to continue on with the series because the film creators felt movies with unknown characters would not do well. However, this isn’t the last time Peter, Susan, Edmond, and Lucy are heard from either. You should definitely read the books, including the three books for the movies you’ve seen. I think you would absolutely love them. I do. They are even better than the movies. Thank you so much for your reactions for these fantastic movies!!! I really love them and each of your reactions for them. My only real nitpick about the second and third movies... I just wish Mr. Tumnus played by actor, James McAvoy was in them too. 2020-02-24 08:33:24 +0000 UTCAww juli I cried with you! I love these movies so much. And yeah both the 2nd and this movie didnt do well unfortunately so they never continued. There was supposed to be the 4th move in 2018 or so but that was cancelled mainly due to Netflix buying the rights to the Narnia franchise and they're supposed to be working on making it a tv series which I hope happens! Yes eustace was in the maze runner 1 and 3 he was Gally (the one who hated thomas). I'm so glad you enjoyed these movies, I read the books when I was really young and havent since and this makes me want to read them again.
