dubbed anime feels weird my favorite yuri anime is Sasameki Koto (whispered words) - i don't think a show can spend more time than it did on yuri favorite current anime is A Certain Scientific Railgun (netflix/crunchyroll) Kuroko is so explicitly gay that is hilarious and the show has some very good storylines. I really hope Juli reacts to it one day. (only the shower scene in the pilot steps over the line imo) btw, kakegurui has a live action version on netflix that was fun too

2020-03-27 16:30:43 +0000 UTCOh if you get into anime there is another yuri that is pretty good, it's called Strawberry Panic. Otherwise there are really good shonen like One Piece (the best), Naruto, Hunter x Hunter but they are reaaaally long. Sports anime are also a favorite genre of mine Diamond no Ace, Haikyuu, Kuroko no Basket, One Out. Dr Stone, One Punch Man, Attack of the Titans, Claymore are really fun. If I had to recommend only one (knowing you don't have time for (100+ episodes), I would say FullMetal Alchemist Brotherhood. It's a master piece. Before that though.... please finish Legend of Korra? haha <3

My favorite Yaoi (Boy Love) animes are Yuri On Ice & Given.. I really wanna request a new anime next month, but I’m so mixed about which show.. I’m debating between like 6 or smth animes atm.. Other than the two Yaoi ones.. those are Hunter x Hunter, Assassination Classroom, Dr Stone, Attack on Titan, or Haikyuu.. theyre all very different from each other and Im just trynna think about which one you’d like the most lol.. I might end up choosing an anime not listed but idk ksjsksjs

Yuri tends to be more controversial than yaoi, but both have very mixed opinions. A lot of the times the shows can be a bit uh overly sexualized and borderline hentai (pronounced hen tie) or basically Japanese animated porn. Much like a lot of the LGBTQ films that exist today. There can be various reasons that make a yuri or yaoi show controversial, but this one is definitely one of the better ones, coming from someone who doesn't watch a whole lot of anime and is slowly getting into all of it.

This show is an anime which means it was made in Japan, but this genre in particular is called yuri. Yuri is for the most part a genre dedicated to female homoeroticism (aka lesbianism) A lot of the yuri anime is controversial, but this one is a better received one. I stumbled upon the manga (graphic novel made in Japan) and read it, and then found the anime, and I kid you not, watched it all in a total of two sittings, and then went back and read the rest of the manga. The manga is actually more complete than this anime is since anime takes awhile to make with the unique art styles, the voice acting, the scripting, etc., so there probably will be a second season, but there is no given date so this season is all the anime has so far. I'm glad you enjoyed it and I again can't wait to see more of your reactions to this show :D
