2021-01-12 20:45:05 +0000 UTCReally great to see you reacting to Xena Warrior Princess and I loved watching your reactions to the first two episodes. It really is a landmark show and apart from Chosen One Reactions no one else to my knowledge is reacting to it and I really think it deserves to be more widely seen on reaction channels. It was really the first show of the 90's to start the great wave of fantasy shows with strong female leads, it actually was around two years before Buffy graced everybody's screens and still has a strong fanbase like that show. The more you watch of it and the deeper you get into the show the more depth you'll see develop to it. And the beauty of the show is its many styles from action to humour to deep drama to outright zany- a reason I really prefer the full seasons of a lot of past shows to some of the more limited run series of today because there really was more time to experiment with different kinds of stories in one season. And Lucy Lawless and Renee O'Connor are one of the best small screen pairings ever- their chemistry is right there from the first episode and as you see more of Xena you'll not only see their great talent for comedy but also some genuinely amazing dramatic acting that will make you definitely realise that Xena is way more than some people expect it to be. You'll also find out a lot more about her dark backstory as the seasons progress and I hope you'll make your way through all six seasons eventually. Hercules The Legendary Journies, the show it spun off of, is also a great watch and as some people have mentioned has a few episodes that cross over with Xena. I'm glad to see so far the episodes are uncut on the site you're watching them on. I do own the show on dvd and have high quality dvd rips of all the eps too i could send on to you but those files don't have subtitles which I guess is better to have. I can't wait to see you react to more eps here anyway :-) and i wanna say thanks to Iben too for requesting the show for you to watch!

And I honestly can’t remember if she’s an actual princess or if that’s just an honorary title or something. It doesn’t really fit her though. Should be warrior QUEEN 👑

If it turns out it would be great to see the reaction to the whole series, because the further the better the series. The relationship between Xena and Gabriel is not comparable to friendship or even love. It's a lot more than that.
