Hey guys! I’m so glad a lot of you enjoyed my lates binge for Victorious! I had so much fun watching the show! Did you guys also binged the reactions?

I’m writing this to let you know I will post Riverdale, HTGAWM, Lucifer, Outlander, OTH and more tomorrow.

Today was a crazy day and it didn’t started right.

I finished binging Victorious around 2:30am. But even tho I took my pill to sleep. I couldn’t 😭

I stayed up until around 4:30am and woke up at 8am and couldn’t go back to sleep. But since I had to go to the bank I woke up and started my day.

You can’t believe everything I did today! I went to 2 different banks. The lines to get in were around 2 blocks long for both banks!

Then I had to go and buy fruit and vegetables for my house. Cleaning supplies and Medicine for Josh and my mom.

I was so tired when I got back home. Took a shower and tried to take a nap bc my headache was killing me, and guess what? I CAN’T SLEEP!!

I have tried relaxing music, herbal teas and a bunch of other things and nothing. I feel so tired but I can’t find a way to sleep. It’s already 11:30pm and my body feels so tired but I just can’t sleep. The headache is coming back so it looks like I’m not going to sleep well tonight either.

They have opened phone lines for us to call doctors, specially psychiatrists and psychologists, so I’m going to try that tomorrow bc I’m going nuts rn.

Do you guys have any tricks to help you sleep? I would really want to know. Anything will help.

I’m always afraid to take unprescribed medicine, but I feel like I should bc I want to rest tonight.

Anyways. Sorry for the delay but I do need one day a week to do this things and sadly it was today.

I promise to get back at it tomorrow. I’m really excited for Lucifer and Outlander. And of course OTH so that’s honestly putting me in a good mood for tomorrow.

Wish me luck guys! I hope I can sleep at least 7 hours without waking up every 10 minutes. Honestly I think the quarantine it’s affecting me and that’s why I can’t sleep.

Anyways. Love you guys❤️ Hopefully tomorrow I wake up well rested and ready to react. Which is the only entertainment it makes happy nowadays 😋😘

For me, when I really really really struggle with sleeping, I use edibles :/ But I'm also not a parent nor are there children in my house so I don't know that that's very feasible for you, especially given how much care taking you do. Have you tried melatonin? That's helped me a lot. I know some people don't seem to find it works but it helps me. Aside from that, sometimes if I can't sleep because like I can't get comfortable no matter what or something, I change where I'm sleeping, even if it means sleeping on the floor for a night. Sometimes I just need a change of scenery or something I dunno why it helps lol

Have you tried meditation? When I have problems sleeping I put on some guided meditation (I use the Calm app, but there are other good ones, or even stuff on youtube). It helps me relax and clear my mind of all the thoughts racing through my head. Though I will say that if your trouble is of medical nature, it might not be enough. I've been on antidepressants for years, so my mood is pretty stable these days. Though when my anxiety and depression first hit me, I really struggled. Getting help is a good idea in such a situation. No need to take drugs necessarily, but talking to a professional can be very beneficial.

Hi, I really can't help you because these days I'm so anxious, I have a hard to time to sleep. I imagine one of my best couple on tv show sometimes delena or Drazic and Anita lol (an old australian tv show that I love so freaking much) and I wrote about them (in my head) and I fall asleep with them (and my husband haha) Just try to avoid medecine as much as you can. Take care of yourself and don'y worry there is no rush, you are so good with us.

Haha I do exactly the same and most of the time it help me fall asleep but sometimes it has a side effect because I love writing and the I'm so afraid to lose my ideas that I wrote at 2 am lol

I didn't binge Victorious. It's not my kind of TV. I'm a little older for nickelodeon. Don't get me wrong I loved nickelodeon when I was a kid. My world was all about Rugrats, Doug, Guts, and Legends of the Hidden Temple. I grew out of that. I'm not complaining about Victorious or anything I'm just saying I'm one of your subscribers that watch Lucifer, Outlander, and some of your more mature content. I used to have sleeping problems. Listening or falling to sleep with some kind of white noise helped. At first I used YouTube spaceship brown noise every night. I was surprised it worked. Now all it takes is the noise from a fan or my humidifier. Anyway its a suggestion. I hope you get some sleep.

Hi juli, it might sound crazy, but any time I can’t sleep I make up story with my favorites characters and thinking of that make me relax and finally fall asleep. I hope it will get better for you .

I really hope you’ll spend a week or two on doing a s3, s4, & s5 merlin binge.. I could live without other shows for 1-2 weeks if it meant finishing merlin.. s5 is fkn AMAZING.. it would be a dREAM KSJSJS

For the headache you should try massaging some type of pain ointment into your temples, or the base of your neck. That’s what I do a lot. If I’m at work I’ll use something like Tiger Balm. If I’m at home I’ll use something with CBD oil in it.

eri suggested white noise. That often works for me. There's an android app called Relax Rain (as opposed to a separate machine) that's okay. Other than that, thanks for the reactions and best of luck with sleep and everything else. It's a stressful, sometimes surreal time.

I work odd hours so I can’t keep a regular sleep schedule. I’ll take a lavender infused bubble bath and drink some kind of herbal tea. And I’ll listen to some really relaxing music. I made a whole long playlist mostly with singers that have really soothing voices that I can easily fall asleep to, but instrumental stuff might be better for some people. Or the sound of rain.

I’m also suffering from insomnia right now so I sympathize with you! Sometimes it can help me to put on a video or audiobook that is familiar and comforting so it can help me to relax and go to sleep. But it’s not always working and those days, it is particularly difficult. I think you’re right and quarantine is messing with us.

I know how you feel, I've had nights where I can't fall asleep no matter what I do. It really messes with your head that's for sure. Like eri said sometimes white noise works (I prefer brown noise myself, always helps me sleep eventually). I hope you get some sleep soon! Hang in there ❤

i also suffer from insomnia and i take melatonin but something that relaxes me is some white noise, you can get a machine or just look up videos on youtube that play for over 10 hours and that usually calms my mind into sleep but i totally get it, it’s really hard
