I kind of like that they start this season with everyone not in the best place because we get to see their growth. If their lives were perfect it would be unearned for us. Even though Brooke is a successful designer she's still struggling same with Lucas even though he's published. Also Brooke being a queen and saying anorexia isn't a fashion statement. Also Jamie is just so adorable!!

It's incredible how much you can feel and care for these characters, more than in any other shows, and I think it's because they feel like real people, with extremely relatable problems that you can't help but empathize with.

2020-06-03 20:15:01 +0000 UTCOmg I just woke up & wasn’t expecting this!! Season 5 here we go :) A lot of fans have conflicted feelings about this season, but I love the storylines so much! Also, they did the time jump perfectly- it didn’t feel forced like some other shows because the season 4 finale honestly felt like a series finale, so the time jump made sense.

I hated the scene when Haley gets harrassed by her students, I think in real life Principal Turner should have intervened and Quentin would be on expelsion notice. Imagine how he treats other fellow students if he treats a teacher like that.

Also the fact that OTH might be finished by November is crazy and so awesome. I LOVE all the coming seasons. Season 2 the only season that I don't love, and season 1 is fine lol but all the rest I love!

I love how this is so real and accurate, this is real life. Success for some & not for some. Up & down. This is the greatest time jump every written.
