Peyton wasn't the only one at fault but she initiated that kiss. I likr Peyton and Lucas as friends but I think it's annoying how they don't seem to care who gets hurt on the way to their love. They idolize their "true love" to a degree that seems like a selfish relationship and it makes me like them both less.

It would have been Brooke if she hadn’t turned him down in New York. Now Lindsey is Brooke in season 3 after Peyton realized she still loved Lucas and Lucas was trying to remain faithful, except Lindsey is not Peyton’s best friend and instead of keeping herself in her corner after she kissed him she is fighting for him. I just don’t think he is worth it.

Yes, she's known them for a really long time and Lucas is her best friend, but over the past two years she's become close to Lindsay, who is a really nice girl and who hasn't done anything wrong. Haley doesn't want her friend to get hurt and she doesn't want two of her best friends to be the reason that 3rd friend gets hurt. This was also the 2nd time she'd caught them cheating on someone, ofc she's gonna be upset about it.

Lucas cannot be single for two seconds. and we've never known Nathan not with haley except when she left for the tour and he was miserable without her. He needed her like peyton is framed to need Lucas now. The main storylines of this show are about love, epic love and all that so it makes sense to me

I feel this scene, im in Peytons position rewatching it right now expect It's been a few months for me than years lmfao. But I've had the whole three years of high school with this guy and we love each other but he is with another girl but still thinks and talks about me to my best friend who is also his best friend lol. The friendship scene "now we're gonna sit, you're gonna cry on my shoulder for as long as you need to" Reminds me of My best friend. If anyone rn is going through something similar, trust me.. Let your best friend cry on your shoulder or if youre in Peyton position, cry on your best friends shoulder, its the best feeling of comfort. <3 I love this show, I feel like the writing just shows realistic feelings and emotions and how grief is portrayed and dealt with, especially for teens who have watched or currently watching. Adults can feel and see how they can be there for their kids or think about their teenage years. This show will always have the best writing and ways of showing viewers how to deal with natural events in your lives and the feeling of showing that its common and you're not alone and you can relate to a character and see how strong they are and it motivates or inspires you to be strong and to not deal with things alone, to confide in friends or family or loved ones. Need more show writings like these!

As you said, how can she blame Peyton so bad she knows basically nothing from it, she never said no and Haley just doesn’t understand the context of it. She doesn’t have to take side and to be an ass to Peyton like that. I’m so glad Brooke was there for Peyton. Their relationship in S5 just is amazing. In s4 Brooke said to Peyton we’ll do better about their friendship. And they really did !!! 😍 Also everytime you’re screaming at Carrie is hilarious omg I just can’t stop laughing you’re so funny

She was basically saying she couldn't breathe/live without Lucas and that mindset is horrible. It's something that all the women go through on this show. They always need to have a man in their life. Peyton, Brooke and Haley are amazing women without a man by their side and i wish there were more moments where they realized this instead of the 100 moments where its either having a boyfriend or life sucks. Not taking away from the otp that is Naley and Leytons relationship.

Lucas is so frustrating. “Let’s get married right away.” Nothing with Lindsey will erase the feelings that will always be there for Peyton. Even if he doesn’t admit it, he will always love her. I love the scenes with Brooke & Owen and also Brooke and Jamie- he’s just the cutest. And yes, Sophia Bush’s voice😍 As for Carrie...it’s safe to say we all hate her. Trying to seduce Nathan and confuse Jamie is just horrible on her part. I’m so excited for you to see where that story goes- I can already sense some more heated rants coming lol. And Nathan.. I can’t believe he just let Carrie kiss him without pushing her away. She should have been fired by now, but Nathan just keeps enabling her. I know he didn’t kiss her back, but it was still wrong.

Haley is completely right, marriage is a big commitment and he’s clearly not ready for it. I was really angry with Nathan, he’s enabling Carrie and stood there for a full 2 seconds as she kissed him and said nothing or did nothing. He didn’t shove her off or say "what the hell!? I’m married!" or tell Haley. It was wrong on so many levels. There’s no two ways about it.
