Whomever this woman is she deserves to be wooed and get some grand gesture of romance, an honest heart to heart conversation, and apology and a ring!! Not a phone call. I just have to laugh at how they make it like any of these women would drop whatever they’re doing to go meet Lucas at the airport and get married with no other major explanations lol.

Him for once not deciding to use the easy way out (by killing the priest) was a very small step, but a step in a better direction nonetheless. But he has a loooooong road ahead of him to get to a place of peace (if he ever does) and it's not gonna be easy.

2020-07-08 11:47:22 +0000 UTCI so appreciate the happy family that Nathan, Haley and Jamie are at the moment. It's so far from where they were at the beginning of the season! I love 'Feel This' it's one of my favourite Joy songs! Nathan's shot at the end makes me want to cry, really love his strength and his relationship with Q! Haley is so full of good wisdom sometimes, her quote about love is one that's always stuck with me. The whole cliffhanger ending thing still kinda annoys me to this day, especially the inclusion of Brooke. Brooke has been amazing this season, truly great development! I hate that they felt the need to drag her back into it all. Can't wait for season 6, it's one of my favourites!!

The whole season has been just about her fighting for Lucas or wanting him. in season 6 you’ll see another angle of Peyton and I remember reading lots of Peyton haters saying she only was amazing in season 6 (not true) so to me season 6 is her season.

He was an ass to Peyton, he was a bad boyfriend to Brooke, he then did the same to Lindsey. He is no prize. Now he wants whatever girl he “chose” to go with him to get married on his terms because of course everything has to be when he wants things to happen or he gets some crisis about it. Anyway, I loved Brooke and Naley this episode, I just wasn’t there for Lucas acting like a child, Dan being creepy or Peyton hitting girl scouts with water balloons because she is depressed about Lucas.

2020-07-08 08:55:49 +0000 UTCIt’s not even just 2 girls lol, it’s 3!!! lol they actually gave him 3 to pick from but in a way it makes sense that it is all 3 of them because Brooke, Peyton and Lindsay are his most prominent relationships so it’s kind of important they’re all included as he’s making what could be his final choice and yeah he shouldn’t have all this power after Lindsay left him at the altar for writing a book about his high school soulmate and after telling Peyton he hated her, they should both be slamming the door on his face and Brooke wouldn’t go there again after all the pain she went through both times they were together, and she would never hurt Peyton like that. But as he’s finally being confronted to deal with his feelings by Haley as he’s soul searching and finally making what may or might not be a final decision ( I don’t want to say too much because I don’t want to spoil it for Juli ) it’s important that they are all included. I kind of hate that they give him all the power and make it seem like all he has to do is snap his fingers and he could be with literally any of the 3, and that they’d just drop everything to meet him at the airport and fly to Vegas with him and get married but I also get what they’re going for especially once we get to these specific moments in 601.

He has made so many mistakes, and done so many things wrong and yet he still has all the power. also tbh I didn't love Peyton this season either. I loved all her storylines without Lucas (friendship with Brooke, Mia, record label) but a majority of her story was moping about Lucas. Just boring actually. Although the whole painting the courtyard was a hilariously dramatic Peyton thing to do.

2020-07-08 06:41:30 +0000 UTCYea I never thought the show lost its spark, I think if the changes that happened between 6-7 would have happened earlier like between 4-5, then that would have been WAY more difficult to except and handle. But they happened at probably the best possible time for the show, and for me it felt pretty organic and I really enjoyed the stories the show continued to tell so much! Because at the end of the day I live for OTH and the entire cast, so it was just as enjoyable to me. And considering they had 3 more years on the air, after six, I am not the only who feels that way! lol

Just an opinion when other people sing the theme song it sounds horrible and I don’t mean fans I don’t want to spoil it so I just leave it very vague like this but let me just tell you it’s not the same and it’s pretty bad

All these little Brucas hints they’ve been scattering through the last few episodes went way over my head the first time. It was really sweet, but I just saw it as them finally being in a good place as friends, and them being able to be there for each other. I never got romantic vibes from any of that. Honestly, I think Brooke went through way too much because of that boy and I always thought she was too smart by now to put herself through that again.

2020-07-08 05:41:34 +0000 UTCSeason 6 starts on high note and it just gets higher and funny, and crazy, and sad and beautiful at the end. I love everything about that season, I can’t wait for Juli to react to it. This season ended well, Dan's accident lol Karma is a bitch, Nathan and Jamie facing their fears, I love that they mirrored it and then Nathan with the magical jump shot!! Even he was surprised. We had Haley being the voice of reason, steering Lucas in the right direction. She’s right about always running from his problems and he needs to make a definitive choice. Then there’s poor Peyton, she was just sad all season longing for Lucas but it was great seeing her launch her record label with Brooke’s help and watching that friendship evolve. As for Brooke, she was a powerhouse this season and showed such amazing growth. The baby Angie story was so adorable and I also loved her bond with Jamie and how much her friendships with Peyton and Lucas grew to this really sweet, comfortable, mature place. I also love that Haley is getting back into her music!! I loved hearing "Feel This." during the CODA moment as the season closed with the big cliffhanger of who Lucas called and proposed to Lol. I knew Juli was gonna react the way she did lol I couldn’t stop laughing at her reaction but they did give us a hint as to who it was, and I’ll get more into it once we get to 6x01. Loved all your S5 reactions!!! I hope S6 is coming really soon lol.

2020-07-08 05:13:31 +0000 UTCThe Dan thing...I don't think that it really is in character for him at that point in time that is, it's a really ugly image they show of him at the end of a season in which he was at a high point in redemption....It's almost like you have to make abstraction of that and he's still on the path they set up for his character, I agree he was being a cruel ass but it's not really something they follow up on so IDK and never understood why they did that last moment in the season

So I really hope that the love that Juli has for the show continues into 7-9, because there are still so many good storylines and great moments that happen!!!

Brooke had me crying once again. I remember when Juli would joke about how many seasons OTH had and now it's going by so quickly. So excited for Season 6, but I have a feeling it's going to be an emotional one.

He’s nowhere near the best version of himself this season. He was still an amazing friend to Brooke tho, I loved watching him support her through the Angie storyline.

I love it and it's hard to determine the degree at which it will affect you for reasons I obviously won't disclose, we've gone through thick and thin already with this show after all, but I can confidently say a few scenes in the beginning of S6 have made me ball my eyes out consistently, and iv'e seen this show a lot...

Haley always supporting and helping Lucas see things straight especially with love and then there's Lucas who will never leave haley alone and be there for her no matter what and helped her realize Nathan will do all the things with her if Lucas isn't there like he said to her when she said "who's gonna do all those things with me" and he said "Nathan". There dynamic helped each other see and hear what each other need to see and hear most.
