Hi juli, it's bad luck like you said but take this time to stress out and just get some rest. But I am so glad and relieve to see you like this, you seem a lot better. 2020-07-28 23:25:05 +0000 UTCJulie hopefully you are no longer stressed out in the morning if not try laying down in your bed or anywhere you feel comfortable and just try to relax your mind and be calm also breath slowly so that there is nothing distracting you if you can’t block everything out get your head phones and put on some relaxing music so you can block everything out hopefully this is helpful I’ve only started doing this myself when I’ve been angry or stressed out about stuff also I’m not an expert on these things but I really wanted to do something to try and help you out Julie
