Thank you Dame for this! 2NE1 truly deserved better! I will NEVER understand why YG hated/treated them so bad! He wasted their talent & potential even after achieving so much in such little time! Imo 2NE1 is or is one of the best girl group in Kpop they didn't deserve to find out they're getting disbanded by the news after already recorded a whole album! Hope you keep listening and reacting to 2NE1 and their solo work too!

No, CLC's "Me" single is Korean, not Japanese. I think you're thinking of Red Velvet's upcoming Japanese mini-album since we were talking about recently. To answer your question I definitely do think 2NE1 is one of the top groups of all time. I think 2NE1 & Girls Generation are the biggest girl groups there ever were. Although 1st gen group S.E.S were pretty amazing too. Twice recently beat their record of most Korean albums sold for a girl group (3,750,000) and S.E.S is number 2 with 3,563,059. Pretty amazing considering the fact that they were only around from 1997-2002 and they didn't have multiple versions of an album (besides cd & cassette) the way groups do today where fans will often buy a ton to try & get all the photocards.
