You probably already figured this out but yes, Everglow's Sihyeon was an independent trainee in Produce 101 and signed with Yuehwa at some point after the show ended. She started in F class and you don't get to see her much in the first two episodes. I think I saw her maybe 4 times total but I was actively searching for her and knew where to find her. Someone casually watching could easily miss her as she wasn't a prominent character in the story at this point.

About Sohye, she will be somewhat becomes a "star" throughout the whole serie and a lot of people did think she didn't deserve to be in this program (lack of dancing and poor voice). Her problem is that she didnβt have proper Idol training since she comes from an acting agency. Somi, had a lot of pressure, coming from JYP and you can see that in serie. And let's not forget that she was not even 15 when this show started. Eunbin couldn't promote with CLC during High Heels because she was still under contract with PD 101. About Chanmi, I had the same feeling you had. Was she trying to much, was she to cocky, something wasn't vibing for me. In an interview in 2019 she said that her editing in the show was made so that she had a bad character. Kahi is the sweetest trainer Iβve ever seen. This was also the program I cried the most π’ π , second program being Running Girls. Looking forward in joining you on the rest of the journey. You are correct about Minji being part of Bulldok together with Genie (Lee Jinhee), Say (Park Sehee), Sora and Hyungeun Kim Sihyeon was their as an independent trainee. Itβs only after PD 101 that she signed at Yuehua Entertainment.

They debuted under the name Bulldok and released a song called μ΄λμ but disbanded soon after :-( Iβm pretty sure it was Hyeongeun and Kim Minji (Kimi) that made that group! I think...ahaha. Canβt wait to discover so much more of this show with you man!

Wow, so many familiar faces....I think their may even be more girls that eventually debuted in PD101 than there was in PD48. Yeah, the host is kind of clownish but he gets (a little) better. Then again whoβs going to be able to live up to the standard set by Lee Seung gi... Kang Mina...my Kim Chaewon of PD101 πππ Literally fell in love with both the second they made their first appearance. I loved that you recognized so many but also missed some....you are, in fact, human... The legend of Kim Chungha is born (Sohye was all of us)! The superiority! She was all...ok, Iβll play along with your little game Ms Trainer......evaluate this! When the Pledis girls rolled out...the irony of Kim Doyeon being in awe of their visuals & Kwon Eunbin being in awe of their height & visuals. Itβs kind of funny on the surface but on a deeper level it kind of also shows how the kpop trainee world can mess with their heads & that may be part of the reason why Heo Chanmi seems so βoffβ because I picked up on it right away too. Even since Sixteen Iβve never been able to warm up to Somi. Canβt think of their names but I thought they were completely unfair to the group of 4 girls that did the hip hop song. I think the agency was Iconic? They put them on the spot & made them try a cutesy concept (without preparing) but didnβt ask any of the groups that did cute or romance concepts to do hip hop. This is now the 3rd time Iβm watching PD 101 & seeing Dani never fails to shock me! To say that T ara was my ult bias group back in the day is a massive understatement & she could have/should have been part of the group...hell she was even in 2 of their mvβs. MBK did her so dirty itβs not even funny! My heart breaks for her every time sheβs brought up. So excited to go on this journey with you!
