Still wanting to know exactly how the teams placed (thanks MNet for not actually telling us 💀) but like we've said all this time, it really doesn't matter to me. The performances this round were top notch once again - you can really tell that things have stepped up and the groups have become a lot more serious(?) and focussed(?) in fitting the theme of the round. I'm excited to see what next week brings us!

iKON has so far made really good choices for songs. I know they're popular but I really think the fact that their performance says Love Scenario got a ton of people to click on it who otherwise might not have cared. And then people who don't know Inception or Ateez would see the movie title and iKON's name beside it and I just think it would make more people click on it. SF9 was amazing but I personally wanted a bit less action. I think they sacrificed time that could be better spent showing their talents with action scenes. The Boyz was also done really well. I think I'm too attached to the original song though. I didn't really enjoy the arrangement they chose, but their choreo and vocals definitely got shown off. I think for me it goes iKON, SF9, and then The Boyz. I can't wait for Thursday!

2021-04-28 02:29:25 +0000 UTCI loved all the performances, they are so good that is really difficult to rank but ikon really did a good job making the song felt like theirs... as an atiny I was questioning if that was inception all the time hahaha just because of that they go first in my rank, we'll see what happen next week :)

2021-04-25 22:07:52 +0000 UTCLK, if you haven't seen live stages for 'O Sole Mio' or 'K.O.' by SF9 then I would highly recommend those! SF9 live stages are so damn fun and impressive. Also, grading these performances is gonna be brutal. If the next three stages are on this level....then sheesh.

I personally though o sole mio was their most cohesive performance on kingdom so far and they really seemed to enjoy it which makes my heart so happy! Also the full version that includes the intro that Viki cut out feels more complete bc it adds more latin to the performance. I hope they know that they did AMAZING on RTK and theyve come so far, they don’t need to rank first to know that we’re proud of them! I do admit that it didn’t have as much of a wow factor as before so I don’t know how well it will do in the rankings but nevertheless I’m so proud of them! My next would probably be sf9’s performance- honestly I kind of liked their Jealous performance more? Idk i think the storyline and their acting was amazing but I do think that I definitely wouldn’t add the remix to my playlist as there’s too much ‘fighting music’ for my taste. But also when taeyang shot his gun and the bridge thing swung down I almost had a heart attack it was so cool lmao, if that performance was an action movie I’d totally watch it :) I loved all of these performances but I’d have to rank ikon’s last. i think first of all i don’t really know the movie Inception? So I didnt really get it that much? But also I wasn’t a huge fan of the arrangement. It was amazing, but honestly I was a bit disappointed because the chorus of Inception is my favorite part of the song lol. It’s definitely ikon-ified though! I did think the special effects and everything were really amazing, and bobby’s section was reallyyyy unexpected and cool!

He was caught going out one night to a bar or something? (Don't quote me - I believe I read that somewhere though)...also what happened to the 4th member of BtoB? I noticed he's pretty much missing the whole episode :( and he's really funny so I missed him! Hope everything is okay.

2021-04-25 04:54:48 +0000 UTCWell, what Kingdom has accomplished for me is introducing me to 3 groups I was not familiar with and by episode 4 I am hyping up every group before their performance and fangirling hard during each one lol. Ugh I seriously loved all three of the performances....but...iKON was my favorite of the three (with SF9 and The Boyz RIGHT behind them just barely) I think but honestly all three were soooo good. I think iKON's performance got to me because they truly made an ATEEZ song their own. Like that was SO creative. Btw the relationship between ATEEZ and iKON is melting my heart lol.

2021-04-25 04:06:55 +0000 UTCSF9 is far and away my favorite group on the show so I was surprised that Ikon's performance was by FAR my favorite so far. I thought it was just impeccable, so cleanly executed. It was the perfect balance of the more extravagant stage they're all going for without overwhelming the actual guys and their talents and what they were doing. And I'm not even a fan of either ikon's or Ateez' music! It represented their charms so well that I could exactly see why people are fans even though I myself am not, usually. Other than that, I did REALLY like SF9's performance, it was more crazy with more stuff coming on but the way it was divided into distinct setpieces and the perfect acting really held my attention, and I like what they did with the song. I love the original O Sole Mio so I was worried I wouldn't like TBZ version, but I thought the remix sounded quite good! It kept the basic vibe of the original while changing it up enough to not be a straight copy. It's ranked at the bottom for me because it was just more of the same for me in that their stages just have too much going on for my tiny brain. I get distracted like a goldfish. And I don't like Game of Thrones, so I have hard time collecting to the concept. >.<' Looking forwards to next week! It will be REALLY cool to see what BTOB have done in particular 8)
