Mickey coming back was a shock to me too, and I loved seeing your surprise and joy. It’s especially touching considering Carl’s line about only being able to trust family. The fact that Mickey is there to protect Ian from the scariest part of his life right now when is he so obviously terrified- ugh. There isn’t a better thing. I love both those boys. If you go back into the episode to where Ian is getting the run down on prison, there are also some little clues to Mickey’s return that the writers tossed in there! The Disney reference, the little mouse drawing when they were talking about blowies, the snickers bar reference! It’s awesome. Also, just to make this even sweeter- Noel and Cameron’s scene was improvised. They had the dialogue, but all the actual physical acting was their choice. And it was perfect! Since someone has already mentioned that Mickey is a regular in season ten, it’s also good to know that this was originally supposed to be their last scene. Ever. Cameron was actually leaving the show, so they brought Noel back for the end to give them closure. The ONLY reason Cam returned was because of gallavich. He says so in an interview- Noel agreed to return, so Cam came back. Our boys are invested! 🙂 Can’t wait to see you react to future episodes. I have a feeling that shameless is now going to be an easy thing to keep up with now that things are right again.

Also yeah I don't like to lump one gender together because I think bad people exist on both sides but Fiona can't catch a break. One thing I can't stand is people who tell you what they think you want to hear, I've been in relationships like that where a guy would tell me things and would basically love bomb me sending me flowers buying me things then catching an attitude when I didn't sleep with them, never asked them to buy me anything, that's why if I ever go out again I am paying for everything, my own dinner, my own ticket etc. (This was way before I knew I was Ace but even back then I wasn't into it.) This dude reminded me so much of that. Great reaction btw
