Bliss+Dani Loudly Answer Patron Questions

Really excited to finally get this one out to you all!

Questions videos are always going to be a part of our Patreon offerings. They're really fun to make and you all said you missed them when they went away. We'll have another one for you all in a couple weeks.

As always, thank you for the overwhelming support. The beginning of this year was extremely taxing for both of us. We made 3 Fashion Week Megavideos (Paris Mens, Berlin, and Paris Womens) over the course of 3 months and it was honestly the hardest thing we've done together as a couple. The results speak for themselves, both of us are exceptionally proud of the results.

As always, I want to emphasize that no one else is willing to make content like the Paris Fashion Week Megavideos. The fashion critics from major publications tell us all the time that they wish they could make huge projects like that but their boss would never approve it.

Nuanced analysis is crucial for fashion as an artform. Thank you all for supporting it.

Hello! I have been recently picking up some Vogue magazines and I love me a well curated magazine (the physical object, the editorials, the human-made selections (compared to algos); can anyone recommend some that also give space to independent brands?

I loooved the question about "is fashion anything like you thought it would be?" and how you talked about it being full of weirdos. (contrary to the general thought of it being full of mean, hot, rich people) I think this is true of a lot of art, obviously, but you can't be successful at something Like That unless you LOVE it. People who manage to make it through something as tough as fashion did it as a labour of love. There's no purer expression of something and I always think it comes through when a designer or photographer or whoever, loves what they do.

I loved this, but I always want to think, as someone raised by older Hasidic men, that the moodboard for the Ann D fall 2025 show had some random Rabbi from Brooklyn on it.

I love the intellectual honesty in your videos!

The discussion about the Balenciaga show and horror that is not horror reminded me of my reaction to The Truman Show. Genuinely the scariest movie I have ever watched. I would never watch it again. If I remember correctly it is suppose to be comedy.

Re: Balenciage 'scary': Thinking back to Katherine Hammet 80s slogan-ware, we've moved from loud angry politics on clothes to quiet resolute politics IN clothes. It's as though Demna(?) has turned Hammet inside out. And thank you D & B: What is fashion if not a vehicle to navigate the politics of a daily life....and this questions video answered rhetorical questions my circle of friends have had recently before & after our recent election (Australia) around issues of fear. Also was moved & educated by 'now that you're off opiates' response. I LOVE YOUR CONTENT :)

That’s a piece my dad made when he was in college. I recently apprehended a bunch of his painted work from the rest of my family 😂 that’s the only painting we haven’t actually hung yet 🦾
