2022-05-07 10:36:07 +0000 UTCI feel like I'm on crazy pills. DCFS and Jason was not Fion'as fault. She did not know he was an alcoholic. He did not say. She did not offer him alcohol (it would still be fine if she did, as she did not know he was an alcoholic) unless you suggest she ask every person in her vicinity if they are an alcoholic before drinking. Should she also ask everyone near her in a restaurant if she orders wine? Make sure everyone doesn't have a smoking/nicotine issue if she ever smokes? You can find more and more ridiculous situations. IF she knew he was an alcoholic, if he had mentioned it, then yes it would be her fault. DCFS was not really her fault either. AT BEST you can say "sober fiona would just slam the door in his face and not answer about xan living there" because as soon as he came inside (she couldn't say no to that) she did everything she could to try to make stuff seem ok. Her being drunk or not drunk in that moment didn't matter. She perked up and "acted" sober. Tried to make excuses. Tried to find debbie (who by the way was playing in the yard and didn't seem to care when dcfs guy and fiona showed up, when fiona asked her to come inside) So you want to shit on fiona for not "realizing" it was dcfs because of how he dressed but you're not gonna mention a peep about debbie who saw him and kept playing with her new girlfriend? I can see arguments for her situation (spiraling down, drinking) is not anyone's "problem" but her own, but the 2 situations above (dcfs, jason) were not her fault. Is her spiraling/drinking her fault? Sure. Can I see an argument for "she has to fix this herself" eh sure, but can I also see an argument for "her brother who is an alcoholic and sees massive red flags should help her"? yes to that too. Though I can see an argument for "he's sick of peoples shit, not his problem" I mean yeah, not his problem, but alos it's your family.. Either way, not to blame for dcfs and jason. IS to blame for her own issues, SHOULD get help from her family (who is just ignoring all the red flags atm)

It's not the alcohol, or the drugs, or any of the shitty things that happened in your career, or when you were a kid! It's you!" Truer words have never been spoken. Yeah its fair question for Lip to ask if that baby is his remember Karen? Anyway I do agree with you Fiona did not know about dude being an addict, What she does need to do is take responsibility for her problems no one is going to save her. I hope I got my point across without sounding too cunty, but I do like your reaction and like your view points

And as for Lip's sponsee, how could she possibly have known?? He's the one who asked for a drink, she didn't even offer. Is she supposed to ask every single person she meets if they're an addict? And on top of that, she's a mess right now and no one seems to care or try to do something about it. So yeah, I'm totally with Juli on this.
