PRODUCE 101 SEASON 2 - Episode 6 | REACTION

ahh i’m so sad i won’t be able to renew next month but when i do come back eventually i’m gonna binge all your broduce reactions! it’s been so fun watching with you and hearing your opinions! i do want to mention that parts of broduce are a bit painful to watch as a deobi because of the evil editing of haknyeon. mnet and loen (cre.ker’s parent company) had a really bad relationship at the time, so haknyeon unfortunately received the short end of the stick. even in the boyz he’s a naturally slow learner, but according to staff of the show and friends, he was always practicing really hard after hours, which isnt shown, and always pulls off the performance. starting from this episode, people started calling him greedy for wanting the center spot and lazy, and the hate got so bad that they started targeting his mother (who was managing a farm alone after the passing of his father) with extremely inappropriate comments. :/ he’s really a ball of sunshine and such a hard worker! just want to give a bit of background on what happened :)

loved hearing your talk at the end about jonghyun— he was my ult bias for a really long time (and was just recently dethroned by his close friend s.coups, leader of their sibling group seventeen) but he'll always have such a special place in my heart because he’s such an amazing person, performer and leader— like you said, his skills are fire and his vocal tone when rapping are completely unique. so happy to see you notice him and his talents! missed seeing your produce reactions, can’t wait for the next episode! thanks for sharing!

This is probably my 4th or 5th time watching this series, but it's fun to see your reaction. I found the sound of the boys' performances too soft in this episode. It wasn't like that in previous episodes. When I put the volume up to hear them, then your voice becomes too loud.

Yess jonghyun!! I really liked how he led his team with hyunbin previously but other than that, I hadn’t been paying much attention to him before this point either. This stage instantly skyrocketed him to one of my top picks though! And this where guanlin started really growing on me too. Honestly, the fear performance is still one of my favorite produce stages of all time! The emotion in it is just so visceral and poignant

Thank you for the reaction! I've been looking forward to this episode for so long. The Fear performance has become my favorite stage from the whole show, and I've watched it with the eng translation far too many times. The performance was incredible, and the lyrics were just so raw and personal. It's a pity you didn't really notice Minki. He gets very little screen time and is rarely mic-ed up outside of performances. There's a video of Playing with Fire where he's just head-banging and being extra and it's a pity it wasn't included.
