2022-05-30 17:04:48 +0000 UTCIt's so important for people to just understand that you shouldn't assume someone's sexuality and if they tell you their sexuality, be respectful about it and be grateful that they trust you with their sexuality. There are also people who are perfectly confident and comfortable in their sexuality for years before realizing it might be different from what they thought for years. So, even if someone tells you one thing and later on something else, that is OK. A friend of my dad literally thought he is gay until he was in his 50s β now he has a wife and is bisexual. Basically, what I just want to say is, that not matter what don't assume, and just accept what someone tells you. And things can always change, and that too is perfectly fine.

2022-05-30 07:18:45 +0000 UTCI'm gay and did tell everyone I was Bi cause I thought I was and I knew people would go easier on me in school, but I never thought to disregard a bisexual person just because I found who I really was. It just baffles me that people think they can assume something so major about a group of people just because they experienced a similar struggle with their sexuality, where I live homophobia is basically what every kid learns over time and attacking our own people is so corny... sorry for the essay I was triggered π€£

SO invalding for people who are dealing with it. You will always be Bi, if you are bi. Just like I'm always going to be ace
